1. Return Eligibility Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To protect our mission-driven pricing and custom production costs, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
Skateboard Decks: Due to their fragile nature and potential for damage upon use, all skateboard decks are Final Sale.
Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Last Chance" on the product page.
Items returned that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered.
